1. Sponsor

The Hidden Pickle Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by The King of Deals through thekingofdeals.ca (the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 11, 2026 at 8:15 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). The Sponsor’s website server is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, visit thekingofdeals.ca, find the hidden crowned pickle somewhere on the website, click it and complete the official entry form with your name and valid email address. You must confirm your eligibility and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules before submitting.

Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address during the entire Contest Period. No purchase is necessary. Likes, comments, shares and follows on Facebook are appreciated but are not required and do not provide additional entries. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, late or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) prize is available: one Amazon.ca electronic gift card with an approximate retail value of $25 CAD. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash through the Sponsor. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Amazon.ca gift-card terms and conditions apply.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 26, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Confirmation and Skill-Testing Question

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address supplied on the entry form. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must respond within seventy-two (72) hours, confirm continued eligibility and correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, fails to satisfy any requirement, or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, the entrant will be disqualified and the Sponsor may randomly select another potential winner.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered electronically to the confirmed winner’s email address within ten (10) business days after winner confirmation. The Sponsor is not responsible for an incorrect email address supplied by an entrant or for messages filtered as spam.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used only to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and deliver the prize. Entering the Contest does not subscribe an entrant to a newsletter or other marketing messages. Information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices and applicable law.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries, supplies false information, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. If fraud, technical failures or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the administration, security or fairness of the Contest, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Contest, subject to applicable law. The Sponsor’s decisions concerning the Contest are final.

11. Release and Platform Disclaimer

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook and Amazon, and their respective affiliates, representatives and agents, from claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Amazon. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor, not to Facebook or Amazon. Amazon.ca and related marks belong to their respective owner.

12. Governing Law

The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and territorial laws of Canada. Any dispute will be governed by the laws applicable in the province or territory where the entrant resides and by the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
